A new build home is a fixed price. We are clear with you what we include in our specification.
This gives you certainty of costs from the outset.
Buying a second hand property can be stressful, especially if there are several people interested in the property and you lose out at a Closing Date. All our properties are released at a set Fixed Price to help you secure the property making the process much simpler.
Energy Efficiency
A brand new home is built to today’s modern, energy-efficient standards. Every one of our homes achieves at least a B rating on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). By investing in the very fabric of your home — from insulation to high-performance materials — we’ve made sure it uses less energy day to day. That means you can keep running costs down and save more of your own energy for the things that really matter.
Greener Homes
Our homes are built with high levels of insulation, high performance windows and doors, multi zonal heating and each home has its own photovoltaic panels. Our homes all have a high ‘B’ rated EPC which demonstrates their excellent energy efficiency. Our homes are designed to be flexible in plan to facilitate work, living and play.
We maximise natural light, thereby cutting down the need for artificial lighting.
Our homes are built from Timber Frame Kit, manufactured in Scotland using certified sustainably sourced timber. Certified timber is one of the most environmentally sound standard building materials available, and can significantly reduce the environmental impact of construction.
Each home is built with a service zone to ensure we optimise the air tightness of the external walls. In future years this will also provide easy access for any long term maintenance.
