Architectural Technician

If you love detail and want to influence the places we create and the homes we build, we are looking for an experienced architectural technician to join us.

You’ll be a key member of our award winning team, responsible for coordinating and collaborating the technical aspects of the delivery of our homes.

This is a permanent position based in our Edinburgh office, with a requirement to work in the office or on site at least three days per week, and flexibility for hybrid working from home.

Job Summary

We are growing our team. Our focus is on the delivery of quality homes and building strong working relationships. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team to oversee the technical aspects of our residential housing sites in Edinburgh, Fife and the Scottish Borders.

Successful candidates will be responsible for the production and coordination of architectural, engineering and specialist designs, managing external consultants, securing technical consents and be an integral part of the Whiteburn team.

We are a design led developer, and we believe in design excellence from site design right down to our specification and detailing. We have won multiple awards for our developments, and our customers are delighted with their Whiteburn . You will be a key member of our team, with influence on our designs and the places we create.
