We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Client Liaison – New Homes, offering two very different opportunities to become part of our growing, award-winning Scottish housebuilding business.

Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional to join our team and play a key role in the commercial management of our residential developments.

This is a senior, hands-on position, working closely with our Construction, Technical, Sales and Finance teams and taking responsibility for areas including cost management, procurement, forecasting and commercial performance.

Client Liaison – New Homes | Peebles, Scottish Borders
As we prepare to welcome homebuyers to our new development at March Street, Peebles, we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Liaison – New Homes to join our team.

This customer-focused role will support buyers throughout their new home journey, from their initial enquiry and visits through to helping them make their new Whiteburn home their own.

If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication and organisational skills and would like to be part of delivering a great customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
