I instantly loved the house when I walked in. The high ceilings replicated what we’d had in the old house and layout and the light flooding in from the various windows is lovely. The proportions of the rooms are great too and it was obvious the designers at Whiteburn had carefully thought about how you would live in the house. We love it here
Getting the keys was so exciting because we had never seen the inside of our house. Everything was just a bit better and bigger than we had imagined that it would be. In terms of standout features, we love the use of space, the use of natural light is amazing, and the practicality of the layout means every space is maximised
I did look at a few other developments locally, but they were not a patch on Viewforth. As soon as I visited the Oliphant show home here, I just felt right at home.
I love my new home…I’m happy with my move here. I’d also recommend the development to other potential buyers – in fact, I already have!

I highly recommend for heating/insulation… but also the house being flooded with light. I love the big windows and it’s wonderful to have a really well insulated house and yet not compromise on having big windows, allowing light to flood in
