• Whiteburn are under no obligation to accept your property into the Smooth Move Scheme.
• You must be prepared to market your property within two weeks of reservation and consider the possibility of vacating your home should you receive an offer with a date of entry prior to the completion of your new home.
• Client will accept that all costs for Home Report and any subsequent marketing fee costs will be deducted from their deposit should they decide not to purchase the new build plot or they decline to take an offer at or above the agreed home report value.
