A generous home entered via a covered porch with large, naturally lit vestibule which leads to the open plan ground floor - designed to create the feel of a loft apartment rather than a two-storey home.

The detached L-shaped 4 bedroom Alisa is a unique family home. The spacious living/kitchen dining wing is designed for free flowing family life. The vestibule links to the family wing with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a boot room, generous storage and a study area.
It’s night/day waking up here as opposed to our old flat. It’s lovely and warm and cosy here, there’s solar panels and that helps with energy efficiency and our bills are less plus there’s no DIY to do
Being a first time buyer I found myself supported by the Whiteburn team - from designing my new home to the moving in process. Toria was great at explaining all the fine details of the design process which helped me with the choices of the interior of my new home, and was always in touch with updates
I highly recommend for heating/insulation... but also the house being flooded with light. I love the big windows and it's wonderful to have a really well insulated house and yet not compromise on having big windows, allowing light to flood in
The layout and the design work so well for me, and it’s a fabulous house to live in. It has been a treat to show it off to family and friends who all tell me they can see why I chose to make the move here. They have described the house as stunning and gorgeous. Clearly, I am over the moon with such a positive response from them, but what’s not to love about it
We like the openness - the light and the open aspect with the various windows are what we particularly like, combined with the low maintenance and energy efficiency
