Overview
The Ailsa is a four bedroom, one and a half storey home. We are often asked about bungalows, to provide a flexible family home we have designed the Ailsa for Allanbank. The Ailsa gives the impression of two adjoining buildings, with bedrooms on both the ground and first floors in one wing and a large open plan living/dining/ kitchen space in the other.
The Ailsa, has been designed unique to its location on the development, this means we have two floor plan layouts a V1 and a V2. With each layout you arrive at the Ailsa in a spacious vestibule, which links the two wings of the house.
The living/dining/kitchen wing is a space designed to give impact. The large single space is full of architectural style, the full volume ceiling creates a delightful light filled space.
In the adjoining wing on the ground floor we’ve designed a large utility/ boot room, a store, family bathroom, a double guest bedroom and a large master bedroom with walk in en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a shower room, together with a study area with Velux windows.
The Ailsa has a private garden and driveway parking for 2 cars. The house is futureproof wired for electric car charging.
