March 2024 – Whiteburn Projects welcomed Paul McLennan, Minister for Housing to its development in Kirkcaldy this week to see for himself the transformation of the brownfield former school site into a beautiful new corner of the town.

Whiteburn submits planning application for second phase of March Street, Peebles

February 2024 – As part of the overall masterplan for the redevelopment of March Street, Whiteburn have made a further planning application to Scottish Borders Council for 14 properties at March Street in Peebles. This is part of the overall masterplan, prepared by Smith Scott Mullan Architects and Fairhurst Engineers.

Celebrating New Homes Week 2024

February 2024 – Whiteburn will be celebrating New Homes Week from Monday 26th February to Sunday 3rd March 2024 to promote awareness of the benefits of living in a New Build Home.
