Whiteburn to deliver 110 new homes following Allanbank planning consent

January 2026 – Whiteburn has secured planning consent for 110 new homes at Allanbank, Lauder, in the Scottish Borders. The development is located off Stow Road and will offer a mix of three and four bedroom homes for sale.

Whiteburn secures £7.79m investment to deliver Borders homes

November 2025 – Whiteburn has secured a £6.56m development loan from the Scottish National Investment Bank (SNIB) to fund the delivery of 50 private homes and 12 affordable homes at March Street, Peebles.
