March Street

Nestled in the heart of the Peebles conservation area, Whiteburn are creating fifty new homes for sale. This residential led, mixed-use regeneration will see the former March Street Mill site brought back to life.

March Street will deliver a range of two, three and four bedroom homes for sale, together with 12 affordable homes to rent. Built in the grounds of a former mill site, our plans include the sympathetic modernisation of the  Lodge House on March Street and we’ve retained the  Engine Shed & Boiler House to create opportunity for business space. A key focus of our masterplan has been the retention of the Allotments – this land will be transferred to the Peebles Community Trust to ensure long stewardship and protection of this key growing space.

For the first time in the sites history we will open pedestrian and cycle links through the site to Rosetta Road, Dovecote Road and March Street.

We anticipate our construction works will commence in late 2025 and sales launch in early 2026.
