Whiteburn’s Latest Residential Site Revealed

We are delighted to announce that we have purchased the site of the former Caerlee Mills in Innerleithen, which will be the start of Whiteburn’s new build residential platform.

The site has planning in principle and we will move forward with a detailed planning application to deliver new build housing, which will be for sale on the open market. This will be a springboard to explore an economically viable solution for the B listed mill buildings which date back from 1778.
