Whiteburn submits planning application for second phase of March Street, Peebles

As part of the overall masterplan for the redevelopment of March Street, Whiteburn have made a further planning application to Scottish Borders Council for 14 properties at March Street in Peebles. This is part of the overall masterplan, prepared by Smith Scott Mullan Architects and Fairhurst Engineers.

Subject to securing a positive planning outcome, these properties will complement the recently consented development of 51 homes and will provide a mix of 12 one and two-bedroom apartments along with two two-bedroom homes to complete the development.
