Whiteburn appoints new Chairman and staff members. Join the team!

Whiteburn has started 2021 by appointing John Shepherd as Chairman of Whiteburn Holdings, following the expiry of Dale Strachan’s fixed 3 year term as group Chair. Dale has accepted an invitation to remain on the boards of Whiteburn Holdings Ltd and Whiteburn Waterloo Ltd.

John Shepherd stated, “I am delighted to assume the role of Chairman from Dale, who has been a tremendous support to the business during his tenure in the Chair, helping and guiding the board to reshape the Whiteburn business going forward. Events in 2020 have been challenging to all businesses, but I am excited that our refocus to residential development is delivering good results. I look forward to continuing Dale’s work in supporting the Whiteburn residential team to achieve continued growth, and having his continued contribution to the group boards.”

In addition, Whiteburn has also welcomed Mark Hill as Trainee Assistant Site Manager, and Nicole King, as Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
