What a difference nine months makes at Viewforth Kirkcaldy

Our new build homes development Viewforth is creating 72 private and 15 affordable homes on the site of the former Viewforth High School, Loughborough Road, Kirkcaldy.

The site is on the Fife coastal route, it has breath-taking views over the Firth of Forth and over to Edinburgh.

Here’s our progress in the past 9 months of the first few homes built on site, showing how we transform an area from a construction site to a new neighbourhood.
