April 2023 – The Grange, Burntisland sells 75% of new homes

Whiteburn Projects has confirmed that its much-anticipated new development of 12 new homes at The Grange in Burntisland is off to a flying start with three-quarters of the properties already sold off-plan to pre-registered buyers. Whiteburn is working in partnership with Ground Developments Ltd to deliver this development, and the remaining few properties are now available for sale with prices currently starting from £385,000 for the Inchkeith four bedroom detached home.
