It’s official – the Whiteburn team are coming to Lauder
February 2026 – We’re delighted to announce that we have finalised the purchase of the site at Allanbank, Lauder.
Our team have been busy working with the planning officers and all pre commencement planning conditions are cleared.
We are now in the final stages of our preparations and will commence our construction works shortly. It won’t be too long until we’ll release the first homes for reservation.
We thought you’d like to see the preparations we’ve been making for first residents to move in at Allanbank this spring.
