Whiteburn Continues to Grow with Four New Team Members

July 2026 – The Whiteburn Team is continuing to grow as we welcome four new members of staff.

At Whiteburn, we’re proud to be growing not only the communities we build, but also the talented team behind them.

We’re delighted to welcome four new colleagues to Whiteburn, taking the total number of new team members to 10 so far in 2026. As our business continues to grow, investing in our people remains at the heart of what we do.

Please join us in welcoming our newest team members:

Louise Ballantyne – Fractional Chief Financial Officer

Louise brings a wealth of senior financial leadership experience, providing strategic insight and commercial expertise to support Whiteburn’s continued growth. She works closely with the team to support informed decision-making, strengthen financial performance and help build on Whiteburn’s strong foundations

Sophie Walker – Trainee Commercial Manager

Originally from Australia, Sophie joins our Commercial team with previous experience in both residential and commercial construction. Having worked as an estimator and coordinator, she’s building on that knowledge in her new role while developing her career within the housebuilding industry.

Eddie Zaw – Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveryor

Eddie has joined Whiteburn as our Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor, supporting the Commercial team across our developments. His enthusiasm, fresh perspective and willingness to learn make him a fantastic addition as he begins his career in the industry.

Natalie Gilchrist – Client Liaison – New Homes

Natalie joins us as Client Liaison and will be welcoming customers to our new Allanbank development in Lauder. With a background in property and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, she’ll be supporting buyers throughout their home-buying journey once the Sales Centre opens

We’re excited to have Louise, Sophie, Eddie and Natalie on board and look forward to everything they’ll bring  and achieve as part of the Whiteburn team.
