Our Approach
Our homes are built with high levels of insulation and high performance windows and doors. Each home has multi zonal heating and its own photovoltaic panels. All our homes achieve a high ‘B’ rated EPC which not only demonstrates their excellent energy efficiency but means you can take advantage of ‘Green Mortgage’ products.
Our open plan homes are designed so you can be flexible with how you live and work in your home. Our large windows let the light flood into your home allowing you to benefit from an abundance of natural daylight.
Our homes are built using off site manufactured Timber Frame Kits. We use certified sustainably sourced timber. Certified timber is one of the most environmentally sound standard building materials available and can significantly reduce the environmental impact of construction.
Our Rainwater gutters and downpipes are steel manufactured by Lindab reducing plastic use.
Kitchens
We offer a choice of fully fitted German made kitchens (subject to build timescale) with soft close doors, Bosch integrated appliances and under cabinet lighting are also included as standard.
Integrated Bosch appliances include an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan and washing machine or washer/ dryer. Optional Bosch built in appliance upgrades are available.
Bathrooms & Tiling
We love a hotel bathroom, so want to create that feel for you. All bathrooms come fitted with white sanitary ware, supplied by Scope Bathrooms including back to wall WC and wall hung wash hand basins. Our brassware is Hansgrohe, with a 10 year guarantee.
Unlike some builders we include as standard full height tiling around bath and showers, as well as tiling to countertop height behind wash hand basins and WC. We offer you choices of countertop colours to coordinate with your tiling choices.
If you really want to turn up the style we offer a choice of upgrade options include matt black fittings, vanity units and tiling. We can also offer lifestyle changes such as a walk in shower instead of a bath – please speak to our client liaison team

Bedrooms
Fitted bi-fold wardrobes in master bedrooms with hanging rails and shelving in choice of finish.
*Upgrade option: Bi-fold or Sliding Wardrobes to other bedrooms in choice of finish and retro fitted mirrors.
Flooring
You can choose to buy flooring from us to style your new home, ready for the day you move into your new home. We offer a range of options
Our flooring is supplied by Kristoffersen Carpets & Flooring. Our UK manufactured carpet ranges include fitting of underlay and door trims.
Heating
All homes are heated by an Ideal gas fired boilers and white radiators with thermostatic valves. Homes have a 7 day programmable thermostat and dual controls.
Your new home will be warm and cosy but please remember to use your heating.
We can offer optional heating items depending on build stage.
Electrical & Data
Your home includes as standard mains wired smoke, heat and carbon monxide alarms to keep you safe.
We also include as standard white sockets and switches, USB sockets to certain rooms, combined TV/telephone point to living room & master bedroom, a multigrid switch plate to kitchen and door bells.
All houses with private driveways include electric car charging at March Street.
Your home will be connected to BT Fibre to the home, giving great connectivity – however you will need to choose your own service provider. Perfect to work from home.
We can offer optional electrical items depending on build stage.
Internal Finish
Our homes have as standard contemporary and high-quality white solid core doors with satin ironmongery fitted throughout. Our doors are paint finished to ensure you can easily maintain them should they get scratched or knocked. We include glass doors to vestibule to allow light to flow through your home.
All internal walls, ceilings, skirtings, architraves and banisters are painted white. Our homes are painted with Dulux Airsure Supermatt emulsion paint which is 99.9% VOC Free.
Prior to your moving into your new home our team will have cleaned it. We do this using products supplied to us by Miniml. This North Yorkshire based company supply us with their Friendly Chemical Co products and have a closed loop recycling system for their packaging.
Your home will smell of nutty almond floor cleaner and French Lavender surfaces.
Storage
Our main bedrooms all have fitted as standard bi-fold wardrobes with hanging rails.
We know life can be messy so all our homes have built in storage. We design vestibules to welcome you, places for coats, boots, prams and bags for life.
We can offer alternative wardrobe options and storage solutions to the cupboards in your home – that will save you one less trip to Ikea after you move in!
